Maryland Crisis Hotline - 24/7 - Every day of the year - Call 800-422-0009 is an initiative of the Maryland Youth Crisis Hotline Network. The Maryland Crisis Hotline Network was established in 1990 as the Maryland Youth Crisis Hotline. Maryland was the first and remains the only State with a comprehensive, decentralized hotline network. A caller in Maryland simple dials the toll-free number and accesses a hotline center in their region. All centers operate 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365 days a year. Now the Maryland Crisis Hotline Network is providing online crisis chat services Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm.
